Keith will join former Manchester United stars on a gruelling eight-day tour, from June 9 to 16, which covers the length of Ireland.
Those taking part in 592-mile charity trek will be cycling to raise funds for the Manchester United Foundation, Irish Autism Action and Hearts and Minds Challenge.
The challenge starts at the southern-most point of Ireland, Mizen Head, in Cork, and travels to the northern-most point, Malin Head, in County Donegal.
